やっとオープンまでたどり着きました！
これまで本当にたくさんの方々に助けられました。

後輩 お知り合いの方々 スタッフ 業者の方々 奥さん 親 兄弟 そしてオープンを待ち望んでくれたお客様

Le 1er juillet 2011 début !

フランス料理"シャントレル" 

Les Chanterelles

2011年7月1日（金）オープン!

7月1日オープンに向けて、元代々木にフランス料理のお店"シャントレル"を新築工事しています。

これまでの修行の経験とフランスでの思い出を生かし、少しでも幸せになれるような温かい料理を提供したいと思っています。そして地元の皆様に愛されるようなお店を作っていきたい思っています。

開店まで、今しばらくお時間をいただきますが、何卒よろしくお願い致します。
